We do NOT offer direct billing to insurance companies and do provide detailed receipts for you to submit to your insurance company to submit via their portal/app. Clients pay at the time of service and submit receipts independently. This allows for streamlined administrative processes and greater confidentiality control.
Insurance receipts do not contain session notes or therapeutic content. Only essential billing information is included.

When you submit claims to insurance, limited information (such as service type and provider details ONLY) may be shared with your insurer. If you have concerns about confidentiality, we can discuss this prior to submission.

Details NOT shared without your consent include presenting issues/concerns, personal details, diagnosis, medication information, detailed treatment plans, personal disclosures, and session notes.

However — and this is important — some insurers may request additional information in specific circumstances
(e.g., long-term disability, extended treatment, unusual billing patterns).
