EMDR Extended Session (Virtual), In Person on Sundays in Toronto

$200.00

~90 minutes

A 90-minute EMDR session offers a more spacious and clinically effective container for trauma processing compared to the traditional 60-minute format. EMDR work involves accessing and reprocessing deeply held memories, which can take time to prepare, activate, desensitize, meaningfully integrate, and closure —key components of safe and effective EMDR—supporting both clinical outcomes and client stability between sessions. With a longer session, there is reduced pressure to “pause” processing due to time constraints, allowing the nervous system to process and return to regulation within the same appointment.
